To close open tabs on Chrome for Android, follow these steps:
- Open the Chrome app after closing all tabs on your Android device.
- Click on the "Switch tabs" icon located to the right of the address bar. This will show you all the open tabs in Chrome.
- Click on "More". This will give you additional options.
- All tabs should now be closed.
To close open windows on Android, you can use the following methods:
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold to close an application.
- Alternatively, you can swipe up on the app to close it.

To close 99 open tabs, tap on the button located in the top right corner that shows the number of open tabs. If there are more than 99 tabs, this button may have a smiling icon. You can access the preview mode of these tabs and scroll sideways to browse and close them.
