- Select the checkbox next to each article you want to remove from the order. Select all articles to cancel the entire order.
- Once you have finished, choose to cancel the selected products in this order.
How to Cancel an Order Online
To cancel an order online, follow these steps:
- Find your order by accessing your account.
- Once you have found your order, click on "Cancella" (Cancel) or fill out the cancellation form with your name, email, phone number, confirmation number, order number, and an explanation of why you want to cancel.
- If the website requires it, send an email with these details to customer service.
Timeframe for Order Cancellation
The timeframe for order cancellation is determined by Article 52 of Legislative Decree 296/2005, also known as the Consumer Code, which governs the right of withdrawal and consumer protection. The customer has 14 working days to exercise the right of withdrawal for goods or services they have purchased.
Even after the package has been delivered by the courier, the customer still has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal and cancel the purchase. To do so, simply return the package to the sender without providing any explanation or justification.

- Sightseeing tours
- Construction, sale, and rental of real estate
- Regular delivery of food or ordinary household products
- Insurance

What to Do If the Seller Does Not Meet the Delivery Deadlines
If the seller does not meet the 30-day deadline and the delay persists, the buyer can terminate the contract and demand a refund of the money already paid. Additionally, if the buyer can prove that they have suffered specific damages due to non-delivery, they have the right to seek compensation.
