To connect Smart View to your television, follow these steps:
- On your smartphone, launch Smart View and click on "Connect to TV".
- Then, find and select the model of your television.
In the pop-up window, Samsung Smart TVs from 2011/2013 will require you to select the "Allow" option to display nearby devices.
By following these steps, you can stream content from your mobile phone to the TV:
- Ensure that both the TV and your device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Open the application with the content you want to stream.
- In the application, look for the "Cast" option.
- Find and select the name of your TV on your device.
- Press the "Cast" button after completing everything.
To share your TV screen with Smart View, follow these steps:
- Go to Network and select Screen Mirroring by pressing the Menu button on the TV.
- By swiping down from the top of your phone’s screen, you can fully open the notification panel.
- Tap on the screen mirroring icon (also known as Smart View on Samsung phones).
To connect your phone to a Samsung TV, keeping the following in mind:
- The Screen Mirroring feature of Samsung Smart View allows you to connect your phone to a Samsung TV.
- Make sure your Samsung TV and your Samsung smartphone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Drag down the phone’s notification bar to access the app’s connection menu.
- After finding it by scrolling, click on Smart View.

In older models, you can access the Settings menu, then General, Network, and Screen Mirroring on the TV. Alternatively, you can use the Source button on the remote control (which looks like a screen with an arrow) and select the Screen Mirroring option from the overlay menu.
