  1. Download the preferred tar.gz or tar.bz2 file.
  2. Open the terminal.
  3. Use the following command to download the file: 
    NOME DEL PACCHETTO TAR xvzf.tra.gz
  4. Use the cd command to navigate to the extracted folder: 
    cd NOME DEL PACCHETTO
  5. To install the tarball, run the following command.

In Linux, to open a tar.gz file, right-click on the file and choose "Extract". Windows users will need to use the 7zip application to decompress tar.gz files.
