- Go to "Settings", "Lock screen", and "Smart Lock".
- Select the screen to unlock.
- Choose an option and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
You can use the website myaccount.google.com/find-your-phone to access a phone without knowing the PIN. To access your Google account, you need to provide your information. Then, choose the locked device and click on the "Lock phone" option. This will allow you to create a new password.
To unlock an Android phone with a forgotten password using a factory reset, you need to access the recovery mode and choose "Clear data" or "Factory reset". Then, start the process, which takes a few minutes.
The PIN code and PUK code are printed on the plastic card from which you "extracted" the SIM card. If you find it, unlocking the phone with the correct PIN or PUK will be easy.
In case of loss, you can call the relevant mobile operator to obtain a new PUK code. The operator will require your full name, date and place of birth, as well as your tax code.
Loss of PIN and PUK codes:
The Smart Card Operator (SCO) allows access to the CIE issuance system. The "Reprint PIN/PUK" function is available in the menu. Entering the CIE data to reprint the codes is possible with this function. Half of the PIN and PUK codes can be reprinted.
In the My Vodafone App, select the "Menu" button, then choose "Log in" and enter your login details.
- Click on "Log in"
- Go back to the "Menu"
- Select the SIM card for which we need the information.
- Select "Info" and click on "PUK"
Procedure to unlock the SIM without PIN or PUK:
As I mentioned in the previous paragraph, the only thing you can do is go to an authorized center of your mobile operator and ask the staff there for a new SIM card.
To unlock the phone, enter the code below: 05, PUK code, PIN code, and PIN number.
But if you forget the PIN code or enter the wrong code three times, the card will be temporarily blocked. You can only unlock it by entering another 8-digit security code, known as the PUK (Personal Unlock Key).
