- Go to the dropdown menu and click on Hidden Chats.
- Here you will find all the chats that you have intentionally or accidentally archived over time.
- Open the conversation you want to recover and write a message, as it will reappear in your incoming messages on Messenger.
- That’s it! Everything is there.
- When you open Messenger on an Android device, you can permanently recover deleted messages.
- Go to Recent Conversations and use the search bar to find the conversation that was previously archived.
- Once you find it, select it and click to restore the deleted messages from Messenger for Android.
