To save your emails to an external hard drive, follow these instructions:
- In the top left corner of the screen, select the email you want to save.
- Click on the "File" tab in the menu.
- Choose the "Save As" option.
- Select the location where you want to save the message, such as a USB drive or an external disk.
- Choose the desired folder and click on the "Save" button.
To save your emails to a USB drive, follow these instructions:
- Select "Preferences" and click on "Export".
- Backup all the email data or select the desired folder.
- Choose "Export".
- Select the location where you want to save the file, such as a USB drive.
To archive emails to a desktop folder, follow these steps:
- Left-click on the preview of a message to select it.
- Choose the desired messages to save and save them to a folder on the desktop.
- Access the "File" menu and select "Save As".
- Choose the folder on the desktop where you want to save the message.
To save Outlook messages, follow these steps:
- Select the "File" tab at the top of the Outlook ribbon.
- Click on "Import/Export" and then choose "Open & Export".
- Choose the option "Export to a file".
- Select "Next" and then "Outlook Data File".
To save all emails to a single folder, follow these steps:
- Click on "File" and choose "Import/Export" to open the import/export wizard.
- Click on "Next" and choose "Export to a file".
- Select "Next" for the Outlook data file.
- Select "Next" and choose the email folder to save.
To automatically move emails to a folder, follow these steps:
- Click on "Rules" and choose "Always Move Messages From" to move all other emails from the sender.
- In the "Rules and Alerts" dialog box, select the folder to move the email addresses of the recipients.
To always move messages from a specific sender, follow these steps:
- Select a message and preview it in the reading pane or open it in a separate window.
- Click on the "Move" group, then click on "Rules", and then click on "Always Move Messages From a Specific Sender".
- Choose a folder and click "OK".
To copy and save an email file to a folder, follow these steps:
- Select the item to copy using the "Copy to Folder" option.
- In the "Edit" menu, select "Copy to Folder".
- Choose a folder to save a copy of the message in the "Copy Items" box and click "OK".
To move Outlook emails to a desktop folder, follow these steps:
- Use the mouse to drag the message and move it to the desired folder.
- Select the message, click on "Move" in the "More" menu, and choose your preferred destination folder.
